All purchases on the Website are subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Website Purchase

All Website Purchases are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway providers (Stripe). Please refer to their Terms and Conditions for additional information.

All transactions are handled over SSL (secure sockets layer) and are PCI (payment card industry) – Compliant. We do not store your credit card details which will be stored by Stripe (payment processing platform; https://stripe.com/en-au).


All payments are non-refundable.

Upfront payments are a once of debit.

If you chose the monthly payment installation option, you will be debited for month 1 on checkout, then your card will be automatically debited 4 weeks (payment 2) and 8 weeks (final payment) after this date unless you expressly indicate to us you do not wish to continue. Unless you email us to cancel your membership you will be billed for the 3 monthly instalments.

If you have chosen the monthly payment installations upon checkout, you are required to let us know if your Payment Method changes to avoid a failed payment by emailing body@bodyclinicsydney.com

Failed monthly payments will result in access to the members portal, Facebook group and training app being restricted. If payment is not settled within 5 business days your account will be removed.

We reserve the right to vary the total upfront payment price, and total monthly instalment price time to time. This will not affect you if you have already paid for access to the program. It will only affect new members who sign up.

Discount Codes

From time to time, we may work with collaborators who have discount codes for their audiences.

It is your responsibility to enter this discount code at checkout, as failing to do so cannot be reversed.


If you have selected the monthly payment installation option, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to the subsequent months billing date.

To cancel, email body@bodyclinicsydney.com and we will cancel your next payment instalment and access to the program.

Unless you cancel before the monthly billing date, you will be charged for the next month’s access.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the program for the remainder of the month you have paid for.

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused access periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at body@bodyclinicsydney.com All Rights Reserved.

The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for all content on the members portal, training app and Facebook group. Users may not therefore use such content in any way, copy, download or share this private content, unless it is indicated to download a worksheet for example.

User Content

Member to the program agree that any uploaded progress photos to the training app can be used by Body Clinic Sydney for marketing purposes including use on social media and BODY by Body Clinic website. If you expressly wish for us to not use your progress photos in our marketing material, you can email body@bodyclinicsydney.com and we will not use your photos.
